My name is Imani Nichols and I am the founder and senior UX researcher and product strategist at Yzzi Research. I am a New York City-based UX researcher who founded Yzzi Research to help businesses understand the pain points, desires, experiences, and journeys of their end users and customers. I provide research-based insights that enable businesses to design and engineer products and services that their customers enjoy. Beyond research and entrepreneurship, I love cooking, reading, and the arts.
